You can delete your ExamPrep AI account at any time. Choose one of the options below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the ExamPrep AI app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account and data are deleted straight away.
Option 2 — By email
Email examprepai.support@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request and confirm once it is complete.
What's deleted
- Your account and login credentials (email/password and any linked Google or Apple sign-in)
- Your profile information (name and other details)
- Study plans, subjects, tasks, timetable, and calendar data
- Progress and activity data
- Parent-child links
What's kept
Deleting a parent account does not delete linked child accounts. Children keep their own accounts and are simply unlinked from the parent. Each child can choose to delete their own account separately.
Payment information is never stored by ExamPrep AI — it is handled entirely by Apple or Google through the app stores.
Retention
Once a deletion request is confirmed, your data is removed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it for longer.
